If you have received your order and are eligible to exchange or return your item(s), you can do so by returning the item(s) to either our U.S or Canada location. These return facilities are located in Windsor, CO and Oshawa, ON. In order to be eligible to return the item(s), the order must have been marked as received on tracking within 21 days and must be in the same condition it was upon arrival.

​If you wish to exchange/return item(s) from your order, we require that you pay for your own postage back to us and then will ship the replacement item(s) to the original shipping address at no additional charge. If you are returning item(s) for a full refund, we will issue the refund once we receive confirmation that you will send us back the item(s) within the 3 weeks. ​
