Before Ordering From Us

Where do you ship to?
Everything Hockey ships to the United States and Canada. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship outside of North America.

Do you ship to P.O boxes in Canada and the U.S?
Yes, we do ship to P.O boxes in both these countries. Please be precise as possible with your address when entering your box #.

What currency is your store in?
Our store lists prices in USD (American Dollars). If you're in Canada, your payment card or PayPal will convert the cost from USD at the current rate.

Are there any additional fees, duties or tariffs on the order I place?
Nope! Whether you are ordering from Canada or the U.S, you will receive no additional costs beyond the shipping you pay at checkout.

What is your return/exchange policy?
There is a page dedicated to our return/exchange policies. In short, you have 30 days after your package is delivered. Click here to read in more detail.

How does your clothing fit?
There is a page dedicated to sizing charts for our clothing, including a size recommender and helpful tools to help you select the correct size. Click here to read on our sizing information.

What kind of payments do you accept? 
Our site accepts PayPal, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards and some Debit Cards.


Can I purchase a gift card for your store?
We are not currently offering gift cards for our online store.

How long will shipping take?
All packages will ship out within 1-5 days after the order is placed unless we receive a delay, back order or there is a national holiday. U.S orders are shipped via USPS and Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post and GTAGSM. Once you receive a shipping email, you are able to track your order online with a tracking number we provide to you. This generally arrives within 3-8 business days, dependent on shipping option purchased.
 
After Ordering From Us

I placed an order. What now?
After placing an order with us you'll have received your order confirmation email which will contain your order number. Within 1-5 days, you will receive another email notifying you that your package has been shipped. In this email, you will be able to find your tracking number at the bottom (or by clicking the button at the top). You are then able to track your package using this number on the USPS/Canada Post/GTAGSM website.


I placed an order and put in the wrong information. Am I able to change this before it ships?
If you accidentally selected the wrong style, size, or shipping address, we can make corrections only before the order has shipped. Please contact us ASAP.

I want to cancel an order I placed. What should I do?
If you place an order with us an decide that you need to cancel it, we ask that you please contact us immediately so that we can cancel the order and refund your money. If you order has already shipped, unfortunately we will have to wait until you receive the package, then have you ship it back to us; at this point we can start the return process.


I decided to cancel my order. How will I know when I get the refund?
After we notify you that your order has been refunded, please allow for 2-10 business days for your refund back to your original payment method. The estimated processing time depends on your bank. For all refunds past this time period, please contact your credit card company or your bank. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us.


I want to add item(s) from my order, how does this work?
If you forgot to include items, we can’t usually add to existing orders… but contact us to see what we can do. Our support team will accommodate what is best for your ordering situation.

I ordered not too long ago and see you guys are offering a discount/promotion on the item(s) I purchased. Can it be applied to my order?
If you place an order and notice our offer/discount/promotion for the item(s) that you purchased, we can apply it to your order as long as the order was within 7 days of the first day the offer/discount/promotion went live. Please email or message us on our socials and we will take care of it for you. Please note that this cannot be added on top of other offers/discounts/promotions.


My order was marked as delivered but I have yet to receive the item. What now?
Sometimes USPS/Canada Post/GTAGSM marks their packages as delivered, even when they're still in transit. Please sit tight for 1-2 business days to see if the package will arrive shortly afterwards. If the package has still not arrived, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

I received my package but the products I received have an issue with them. How long do I have to notify you guys? 
Sorry for that! If we messed up your order, please send us an email and we'll get it taken care immediately. Though, we trust our loyal customers we ask that you please be ready to provide a photo of the item with the issue as we work with our manufacturers to ensure this type of problem does not happen again. Please note that we will only accept claims within 30 days of being delivered by USPS/Canada Post however we do ask you to notify us ASAP or we may not be able to accept your claim.

Yes we have! As of 2025 we have had some pretty cool guys wearing our clothing such as David Pastrnak, Torey Krug, Bo Horvat, Nazem Kadri & Nick Suzuki. Can I be an ambassador for Everything Hockey?
At the moment we are do not have an ambassador program. If we decide to create one in the future, we will post an announcement both on our website and on our social media platforms to recruit.

Who does Everything Hockey currently partner with?
You are able to view all of our current partners by clicking the Our Partners page. Everything Hockey is proud to partner with hockey companies, podcasts, influencers or any other individual/group that aims to grow and improve the wonderful game of hockey. Below are all of our partners who we either directly work with, sponsor and/or endorse as a partner of Everything Hockey.

What charitable donations has Everything Hockey made?
We are committed to giving back to the hockey community that has provided us with such an excellent platform to spread our love for the game of hockey. Each year we give back to many charities/initiatives! More information on our recent donations can be viewed by clicking here.

Can Everything Hockey donate prizes to an event?
We receive dozens of requests every year inquiring for donations. As much as we would love to help out every event presented to us, unfortunately we are unable to do so due to financial budgets. All inquiries can be sent to [email protected] with information on the event and what you wish to be donated.
