What is your Return/Exchange policy?
We are confident that you will be satisfied with the product(s) you receive. We offer both exchanges and returns on our T-Shirts, Hockey Lace Hoodies and Toques that do not fit or that you are not 100% satisfied with! Please note, this policy does not include our Hockey Masks, Drinking Glasses or Custom Team Themed Hoodies due to the nature of the products. We do have a refund/resend policy on our Hockey Masks; if you have any issues with the mask within the first 2 weeks of receiving it, we will make it right for you.
How long do I have to start Return/Exchange process?
We must receive your email about wishing to Return/Exchange within 21 days after the package is marked as DELIVERED by USPS or Canada Post for your order to be eligible.
How does the Return/Exchange process work?
Once you fill out our Return/Exchange form, you will hear back from us within 48 hours about whether or not your order is eligible for an exchange. If it is, we will provide you our U.S or Canadian return address (Windsor, CO or Oshawa, ON) and will have you ship it back to us at your own expense.
Once we are notified that you have done this, we will have your order refunded immediately if you are making a return. If you are making an exchange, we will have the replacement item(s) shipped out free of charge within 1-5 business days.
