We offer both exchanges and returns on our T-Shirts & Hockey Lace Hoodies that do not fit or that you are not 100% satisfied with! See questions below for more details.
How long do I have to start Return/Exchange process?
We must receive your email about wishing to Return/Exchange within 30 days after the package is marked as DELIVERED by USPS or Canada Post/Intelcom for your order to be eligible.
How does the Return/Exchange process work?
Once you fill out the Return/Exchange form on our website, you will hear back from us within 24 hours about your return/exchange. At this point, we will provide our U.S or Canadian return address (Windsor, CO or Oshawa, ON) and will ask you to please ship it back to us at your own expense.
Return: Once we are notified that you have shipped the package with your original item(s), we will have your order refunded immediately. At this point you'll receive two emails from us with refund information.
Exchange: Once we are notified that you have shipped the package with your original item(s), we will have the replacement package shipped out free of charge within 1-5 business days.
